What I have learned in the past few years
- Even the most painful things in life become softer with time, if you allow time and space for grief
- Everything is always working out for me
- Our imperfections and vulnerability (the things we hide and often feel make us unloveable) are the very things that make us attractive and relatable; let go of the fear of being yourself, and you'll attract the people who like you the way you are
- Trust your gut and keep your diaphragm moving; everything will be ok
What I am focused on now
- Building gainful income to sustain and expand possibilities for me to impact and connect with the world around me
- Nurturing the people in my life, and giving back to those who have kept my soul alive and lit up in these past years
- Serving the growing community of yoga practitioners and seekers that come together to practice with me
- Dreaming bigger than I've been able to for many years; imagining more for myself and for the world
- Releasing resistance; making space for pleasure
My To Do List:
- Build a mobile retail cart for to make loading/unloading more accessible, decreasing the long recovery period after each market
- Figure out how to move forward on the bus project / find a way to build a sensory-supportive mobile space to allow for me to travel
- Finally organize the past 7 years of photos off my phone
- Put less pressure on myself and others
- Feel more peace, power & possibility
